To attract well educated, academically bright teaching faculties and well experienced Lab technicians to provide hands on experience to students.
To have well furnished departmental library with good numbers of books and journals of high impact factors.
To have continuous advertisement of prospects and achievements on the web.
To organise programmes for career guidance, personality development and managerial aptitude development in students .
To send students to various reputed labs and industries for short term project training for their better exposure in the subjects.
To tie up with industries and National Laboratories for consultancy and placement of the students.
To organize national level symposiums and guest lecturer series each year to draw attentions of the biotechnologists from all over India and also to update the students with recent advances in biotechnology & computers.
